Attorney Cris Schneider
Attorney Schneider has had the opportunity to represent numerous high-profile celebrity clients throughout his prestigious legal career. As a former prosecutor for the District Attorney's Office in Bryan and McIntosh Counties, he brings vast knowledge and insight to the practice.
Attorney Schneider attended George Washington University in Washington D.C., where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1995. Upon graduating from law school, he took a position where he specialized in state and federal criminal defense in Atlanta over the course of ten years.
While working as a criminal defense lawyer in Atlanta, Attorney Schneider worked alongside a nationally known criminal defense attorney, Drew Findling, and had the opportunity to represent many high-profile clients, some of whom included celebrities, high-ranking officials, and professional athletes.
He currently serves as the vice president of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, which is an invitation-only organization comprised of the top trial lawyers in every state.

Attorney Courtney R. Lerch
Attorney Lerch was raised in Savannah, so when it was time for her to start her professional career as an attorney, Georgia was her first choice. She began her initial law office, The Schneider Lerch, LLC, so she could give back to the communities in Coastal Georgia that gave her so much over the years. Then, to help more people and expand her capacity, she joined forces with our other attorneys in the formation of Schneider Lerch, LLC.
In this country, accused individuals are innocent until proven guilty, and we remind our clients of this continuously by treating them with the respect they deserve. By providing honest and professional advice, we are able to reach one of our main goals, which is to alleviate our clients' concerns.
Although Ms. Lerch takes great pride in her abilities as a negotiator, she is not afraid to take cases to trial. If you stand accused of a crime and negotiations fail or do not offer an outcome you can accept, she will build a courtroom strategy designed to help you reach your legal goals.
To further illustrate her trial readiness, she is a graduate of the Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy program. This program is a prestigious trial advocacy program offered by the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in which participation is limited to accepted applicants.
